I ordered bsfl on a few occasions and was disappointed in the size as they were more small than medium. This last order was unfortunately the worst and the smell was absolutely dreadful. The bsfl died within a day of receiving them and I sadly will not be ordering again as the cost of delivery is a lot to receive such a poor product. Although I reached out advising of this problem and was told a new order would be sent at no charge, I've received nothing. Really disappointed in how difficult it is to find a reliable provider of food for my bearded dragon.
