Bran / Worm Food & Bedding

I reached out several times since my shipment arrived with over 50% black soldier fly larva was dead. The packaging was honestly terrible, I'm not sure how it was expected that they would arrive okay. If I could attach photos I would. I sent these photos to "The Worm Lady" and received some dodgy communication where a partial refund was eventually agreed upon. Now, I'm not getting any communication. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from here if you want what you're paying for. Worm Lady, I didn't want to write this review, I even messaged you when I received the email asking for one. But that message was ignored again, so here we are. Unfortunate all around.

The quality of the product and the shipping time was excellent. Good survival rate on the crickets. The size of the crickets I found small for the size I ordered and the price for the amount of bran was expensive.

I spoke to a gentleman, I asked the size of the mealworms prior to ordering, and that I was looking for large ones.
He said they’re between medium-large.
When they arrived, they were extremely tiny.

He was pleasant, shipping was great.

Now that I know the mealworms are to tiny for my needs, unfortunately I won’t be ordering again.

Great business! The insects we get for my beardie are always healthy and arrive quickly for a reasonable price. I won’t get his food anywhere else!
